  • 1st step :

You must enter the claims service of the SEM:
- by post: send your letter with the supporting documents to SMEREP / SEM - Claims Department - 16, Boulevard du General Leclerc - 92115 CLICHY Cedex
- by email: send your e-mail with your scanned documents to contactsem@smerep.fr
- by telephone: at 01 56 54 36 36 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
- by traveling with supporting documents in our SMEREP / SEM reception located at 54, Boulevard Saint-Michel - 75006 Paris - Monday to Thursday from 9h to 17h30 (20h on Thursday) and Friday and Saturday from 9h30 to 17h30.

If your complaint is unsuccessful, you can then contact the Mediator only by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt by attaching your supporting documents to:
